Whirlwindws has its own customer service call centre team set up providing you with a cost effective outsourced product fulfilment service. Products are held in stock and consigned direct to your customers from our warehousing facilities.

The Whirlwindws Customer Care team’s highly trained staff will handle all aspects of your customer order not just to the point of delivery but also provide a help desk service handling any enquiries relating to use of your product by customers who may be having difficulty operating or setting up your product. In addition our Customer Care team handles the significant logistical burden of handling return products and faulty units.
